A Reliable and Accurate System for Project Close-Outs
Inspections and test plans (ITPs) are contained within a library of information in RIB CX’s Quality Management module. Relevant ITPs within the library are used to generate Work Lots, all of which contain a checklist of quality requirements that can be tailored to your specifications.
Plan and Schedule Quality Requests
Every Work Lot can be assigned with specific requirements such as test requests, witness points and service reports. From this point, managers can schedule or assign due dates in RIB CX to involved parties to ensure work is carried out according to plan.
Prove Work Has Been Completed with Document Support
Supporting documentation such as quality forms are readily available within the module, allowing users to provide evidence for progress claims without issue. This ensures that with RIB CX, all payments can be made promptly and with absolute confidence.
Report to Non-Conformity When It Presents
The Quality Management module keeps a record of all non-conformance reports that are associated with Work Lots, meaning managers can work to resolve issues as quickly as possible without jeopardising planned deadlines.
